Chalet De Ark 2 persons

If you want to stay on holiday or for a longer period of time with a maximum of 2 people (3 or a maximum of 6 months) in a chalet, our furnished chalet "De Ark" is an excellent choice.
The ark is very complete because it is equipped with:

1. A double bed
2. Private toilet and shower
3. TV and own internet connection
4. Terrace on 2 sides
5. Completely detached
6. Washing machine
7. Dryer
8. Storage shed for your bicycle or other luggage

The Ark is situated separately from the main buildings in our holiday farm with apartments. On the meadow side you have a wide view over the farmlands and on the parking side you have space for your own parking space at your chalet.

Of course you can rent a bicycle or boat during your stay by booking it with a discount of 10% on the boat.
(This 10% discount on sloop, fishing boat, or sailing boat only applies if you book the boat at the same time as your cottage)
You can sail from our harbor to the surrounding lakes with a sloop, fishing boat or polyvalken. Our beautiful location is located in the middle of nature and between the lakes. So you don't have to drive or sail far to enjoy the water and the natural environment.

Long stay: For a longer stay of 3 or 6 months, we grant a discount of 50% on the rental price. Calculation example:

1. Winter: November 1st to April 1st:          Rent all in per month   €835,=  (13 weeks  times normal price 385 per week min 50% discount divided by 3 months)
2. Summer:  April  1st        to  November 1st :    Rent all in per month €1,170,= (13 weeks times 540 normal summerprice minus  50% discount divide by 3 )

NB  The rental discount is only applicable for a rental of 3 to 6 months.
